"We called HMS because our AC system was failing, and we hoped it could be repaired. Hector came out and took his time reviewing everything with us. He explained that the system was mostly beyond repair and that putting money into it would likely lead to more repairs later. He was honest that we would probably end up spending more money on ongoing fixes. We decided to have HMS install a new inverter AC system, and Hector was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. He added new returns in the house, which made a significant difference, and explained everything he was doing and why it mattered. One issue we always faced was that the master bedroom stayed hot while the kids' bedrooms felt like Antarctica. Hector adjusted the vents in the kids' rooms to balance the airflow and opened up the airflow more in our room. This honestly made a noticeable difference. He arrived on time every time he came out and kept us updated during the entire installation. They removed the old system and cleaned everything up afterward. What I appreciated the most was that he followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working well and to see how we felt about the system. He even came back to adjust it for better performance. The house is finally staying cool now, and my wife and kids are very happy with it.
